Registration Step

Team registration can be made by two way:


Online registration:-


1. Fill in the Online Registration Form ( Manager details )

2. Transfer or Bank in (Rm100) registration fee to our Treasurer Maybank Account No 162188447265, Noor    Hasriani Binti Muhamad Nor. Make sure your group is on the list of 10 early bird before making payment since another 10 group quota participation will be open later.


3. Call our PR directly about your team registration at 013-4151715(Mr Asyraff) or 0194267096(Mr Roy)


4. wait for a response from our PR via your email. 
    *our PR will send to you a complete registration form and invitation letter in Microsoft word format and    
      please fill in the players details and attach the bank-in slip then resend to our PR email,

5. Check your team status after 1 day registration.

Manual registration:-

1. Print out team registration form.

2. Send registration form directly to our PR at UiTM Perlis.

3. Registration fee can be made by two ways:

1. Bank in to our treasurer account and give a copy slip to our PR together with the registration form, or
2. Give Rm 100 registration fee cash directly to our PR

4. Check your team status after 1 day registration.
